2. What Data We Collect and Why

Inquiry Form. When you fill out the contact form, we receive your provided name, company, phone, email, and message text. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and provide an offer.

Traffic Statistics. If you agree, we use "Google Analytics" – it collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, approximate location, browser type, time spent) to understand how to improve the website.

Technical Data. The server automatically logs standard entries (IP address, request time, browser) to ensure website security and stability, and for internal aggregated traffic statistics.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use:

• Essential – remembers your cookie preferences to avoid showing the message repeatedly. They do not track your activity.
• Analytical ("Google Analytics") – activated only when you click "Agree". Until consent is given, analytical cookies do not function (we use "Google Consent Mode").

4. Legal Basis

We process inquiry data on your initiative and legitimate interest basis (responding to inquiries). Analytical cookies are processed only on the basis of your consent. Technical logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (security).

We do not sell data. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google ("Google Analytics", "Google Fonts") – traffic statistics and fonts.
• Titan – email hosting (inquiry correspondence).
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) – if you see our ads on these platforms, "Meta" processes data according to its privacy policy. We do not use "Meta" tracking pixel on the website.

6. Retention Period

We retain inquiry data as long as necessary to review the inquiry and potential collaboration, after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytical data is retained for the period set by "Google Analytics".
